The British Fish Craft Championships at Hays Galleria London proved successful for Vin Sullivan's this year - our Shop Manager, Jonny Jenkins, who beat many other highly skilled competitors from all over the UK  to become the overall British Fish Craft Champion 2008, and winning several of the other individual accolades for his skill levels with the preparation of fresh fish, shellfish and poultry.

Upcoming Events...

Vin Sullivan's will be at the Abergavenny Food Festival in September 2010, where we will be demonstrating both the preparation and cooking of fresh and exotic fish and a celebration of British cheeses and charcuterie across several different areas of the festival

Vin Sullivan's will also be at the Restaurant Show at Earls Court on the 6th to the 8th October 2008 - you can find us at the True Taste of Wales stand
