The finest locally handmade patisserie made by award
winning chefs. All ingredients are natural, only fresh fruit is used
and there are no added preservatives. Our whole range of top class
patisserie not only looks homemade but tastes as good as it looks!
All products have a shelf life of between 10 to 14 days once
defrosted, Please allow at least12 hours defrost time for
cheesecakes, gateaux and pavlovas, tarts and flans require longer in
order to develop the full flavour of these delicious desserts.
There are nearly 40 to choose from including both individual as well
as multi portion desser
Local salads, vegetables and herbs are all supplied in season as
well as from other parts of the country. Imports from the continent
ensure a year round supply.
Fresh wild mushrooms are sourced mainly from France, though Scottish
and local are seasonally available as well as imports from Canada,
USA and Eastern Europe. We also carry a full selection of dried and
tinned wild mushrooms and truffles.
Out of season produce or other speciality lines are obtained from
our twice weekly trips to Rungis, providing notice is given, a fax
service is available with price lists for you to choose your own
orders at leisure.
