Another important part of Vin Sullivan's product range and as one of the country's first importers of fresh French poultry, we still command a lead in this field.

Fresh Game is available in season with a range of cuts and preparations, Vin Sullivan's are licensed for the handling and cutting of poultry and game (EC TJ006 UK), but venison, rabbit, pigeon and frozen game are available all year.

New for this year is a range of game medallions including 'Trios' which are 60g medallions - one each of hare, wild boar and venison.

A full range of fresh poultry including guinea fowl, squab pigeon, goose, turkey are available in a variety of cuts and poussin and quail are available boned or can be stuffed with a variety of flavours.

A range of locally produced fresh free range organic chicken supremes as well as a huge variety of chicken supremes and portions , ducks, duck portions, breasts and legs.

Over twelve different Foie Gras preparations including our increasingly popular Foie Gras Slices, a 2oz deveined slice that can be cooked from frozen - no hassle, no waste & portion controlled. A product which has now overtaken Fresh Foie Gras sales in France!!
