All fish is prepared to order on the morning of your delivery by our team of award winning fishmongers with over 60 years experience between them.

As fishmongers, not just sellers, we pride ourselves on our skills; filleting, skinning, steaking, gutting etc. is carried out to your exact requirements free of charge. The fish is then boxed, labelled and iced for despatch.

We were one of the first inland wholesalers to gain the 'Seafish Processors Award' We are proud to hold this award and the first in the UK to hold all three Seafish Quality Awards and EEC Approval Nº EC TJ006 UK. In addition, Vin Sullivan were the first company in Wales to award its staff the City and Guilds Food Hygiene Certificate 7025 and were the first in the UK to receive five City and Guilds Fishmongers Certificates and are very much involved the British Fish Craft Championship held each year in London

We receive arrivals of fresh fish and shellfish everyday from ports all around the UK and abroad and every week we produce our special offers list - thirty to forty fish prices fixed for the coming week to enable you to better plan your menus. As a regular customer all this information can be faxed or emailed to you automatically and a sample can be found on our contact page.

As well as the special offers we can obtain most other species of fish within 24 hours given notice! and we also stock an impressive range of frozen fish & shellfish and are very competitive with our extensive range of prawns and especially fish fillets.

We even stock a range of six different wood chips if you wish to smoke your own fish or meat!
