We are not catering butchers - all meat supplied is prepared and packed to order for us. We specialize in meat products that are not so easy to obtain.

Welsh Black Beef, Welsh Saltmarsh Lamb, Free Range Pork, Friander Veal, Mutton and Kid Meat are the main product lines in a variety of cuts.

Suckling pig, ox cheeks, pigs cheeks, trotters, oxtails, sweetbreads, tripe and liver form important additions to the range

Haggis, boudins, over 40 different sausages, cold cutting pies, black & white puddings are very popular as is our extensive range of exotic meats from Kobe beef to zebra and reindeer to rattlesnake!!
