Gwent, NP4 9RL
Company Reg. N°. 1269564
Winning the Daily Telegraph / BT Customer Service Awards is an
indication of our Company's ongoing commitment to improve service
levels, continued training and the introduction of NVQs and Investors
In People Awards demonstrates the fact.
Great emphasis is still placed on the aim for perfection and no
stone is left unturned in achieving that goal
Many of our vans do not leave the depot until the afternoon, for local
deliveries, that in effect means same day service over a
radius of thirty miles from Blaenavon.
Orders received in the
morning can
be with our customers within hours.
It is a system that has been
carried out since the early days at High Street when deliveries were
made during the quieter afternoons, leaving the busier mornings to
concentrate on serving the general public in the shop.

Our main delivery service, however, is the overnight service which supplies hotels and restaurants throughout the United Kingdom, Eire and Northern Ireland
Vin Sullivan pioneered the concept of the third party carrier nearly 20 years ago and has perfected the system which makes us the leading national supplier of quality fine foods.
Orders received by 3.30pm are prepared and packed to leave our depot by 6.00pm. The order is then on its way, guaranteed to arrive next day - often before lunchtime! Any day of the week from Tuesday to Saturday. From the tip of Scotland to the Isles of Scilly, from Pembroke to Galway and Belfast - a total Hotel & Restaurant service.
All products are carefully packed in insulated boxes with special ice packs to ensure that full compliance to the Food Regulations are strictly adhered to. Every consignment carries an unquestioned guarantee on both quality and time of arrival.
All products despatched carry a no quibble guarantee - not only for
quality but also for delivery. If it is not good enough for our
customer it is not good enough for Vin Sullivan's.
All products are guaranteed to arrive with you within the
temperature limits laid down in the Food Hygiene (Amendments)
Regulations 1995.
Our polystyrene boxes are packed with super chilled ice packs to -minus 44
Degrees Celsius are added before they are shrink wrapped, labelled and
despatched to arrive with you before midday the next day - Tuesday
to Saturday inclusive, although earlier deliveries can be arranged.
We consistantly test the temperature of consignments using a 'datalog'
during their journey to ensure temperatures are maintained for the
duration of the trip from our door to your kitchen.
